Did not receive shirt or credit after returning the dirty shirt they sent me

I initially ordered a small, but I wanted a more oversized look, so I exchanged for a large. They sent me a shirt with black marks on the back. It actually looked worn. It took a while for them to send me a return label after sending them pictures of the marks, but I sent it back right away once received the label. It has been 2 weeks since they received the dirty shirt with tracking, and they still have not sent a new shirt or provide me credit. They completely stopped responding to my emails and chat. They took my money and without providing merchandise! Terrible company. Not good humans.

Nice fit but not soft inside

Love the color and fit. Soft on the outside but not inside. Feels like cheap material on the inside. I always need to wear a tee under it because of this.
