We always love hearing from our favorite hYOUmans and are here to help Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (PST). If you haven’t heard back from us just yet, check our FAQ’s for quick, easy answers.


When will my order ship?

Most regular orders ship within 2 business days (M-F). When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the email. 

I just received my tracking number, but it's not working. Can you help?

Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update. Tracking information can be a little delayed, but we promise your package is en-route!

How does my store credit get issued?

We issue store credit in a dollar amount equal to the cost of the merchandise returned (less shipping for international orders). To use your store credit, enter the code provided to you by one of our amazing customer service reps!

Why isn't my promo code working?

There may be a restriction that's causing your code not to work, so make sure to double check the fine print. Some codes are for first time customers only. Keep in mind that promo codes usually exclude already discounted items. Make sure the code hasn't already expired. I can't log in, and I'm not receiving an email to reset my password. Help!

It's possible that you joined our daily email list, but haven’t created a good hYOUman account (these are two different things). To create an account, click “login” from the homepage. Then, click “NEW CUSTOMER?” and complete the fields to create your account.

My package was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and that happens. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it's best to check with your postman. It's possible your package was brought to a neighbor. If you can’t find your package after 3 business days of it saying “delivered” please reach out to us and we can resolve the issue.

How long will it take for my exchange to be sent to me?

Once we receive the returned merchandise we will ship out your exchange.

What is your return policy?

Did you receive my return yet?

You will receive an email when we process your return for store credit or your exchange. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. For more about our return policy, visit the Shipping and Returns page, or reference the invoice included in your box.

When will X graphic or style be back on the website?

good hYOUman is growing and changing every day! We thank all of those who have supported us from the beginning. Currently we will no longer offer all graphics, styles and colors on the website at the same time. Subscribe to our email list as sometimes we will add product mid season, we will also be including new graphics we know you'll love.

You’re out of a particular size and color that I like?

First of all we apologize, that could be a combination of high demand or the season is over! Either way subscribe to our email so that you can stay up to date on all things good hYOUman, we will notify whenever we release new product, bring a product back or get a popular style or color back stock!
