SHIPPING + RETURN POLICY

At good hYOUman, we are committed to ensure your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible! Once you place your order with us online it can take up to 2 business days for your order to be to processed. (Keep in mind that this does not include weekends and holidays.) While we can ALWAYS promise the most comfortable and well-made garments, we cannot guarantee delivery times, or control delays caused by the weather or the postal service. If the maximum number of business days has passed and your package has still not arrived, please contact us and we will assist you in the best way we can.

 

Domestic Shipping

For customers ordering domestically, we offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS First Class! This means that your order will reach you in 3 to 4 business days from when it leaves our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. If you need your order delivered sooner, you may choose UPS or USPS Priority Mail for an additional cost. Unfortunately, we cannot refund these additional shipping costs if an item needs to be returned to us. Please note: we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our mail carriers. On rare occasions, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame due to circumstances we can't control.

 

Domestic Returns

To start your return, simply visit www.goodhyouman.com/returns or email us to receive instructions on how to download your return shipping label!

All returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Customers will only receive a refund or exchange one time. IF you exchange an item twice, the second time you will receive a store credit. For example : If you exchange an item once and you wish to return that second item, you will get a store credit. 

 

 

International Shipping

We love that there are so many good hYOUmans all over the world! For international customers, we offer shipping by your choice of USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL, UPS (CANADIAN ORDERS) OR DHL at an additional charge. The cost of shipping is determined by the carrier you choose, the weight of the package, and/or delivery window selected. Once the package departs the United States, there is an estimated window of 7 - 30 business days for delivery depending on the location. Due to the nature of the shipping method, we unfortunately cannot provide tracking once the shipment leaves the United States

International Returns

Unfortunately, good hYOUman cannot refund international shipping costs in the event an item needs to be returned or exchanged. For a full refund on the original purchase price, returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept international exchanges, but we would like to keep you happy, so please email hello@goodhYOUman.com if you would like an exchange as an international customer. We will try to help.

Swimwear return policy: You have 30 days from the day you purchased your items to return. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and liners attached. We strongly recommend you try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
