RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for some reason you are unhappy with product you received, we happily accept returns for refunds, store credit or exchanges.
Please note: All sale items and gift card purchases are final sale.

We want you to be happy so if the:
- Item Received does not look the same as item ordered.
- Item Received doesn’t fit.
- Item Received is the wrong color.
- Item Received is the wrong size.
- Item Received has a different saying than item ordered.
- Unsatisfied with the quality of the Item received.
We deeply apologize for any mistakes made on our behalf and ask that you email Hello@goodhyouman.com to resolve these issues. We will send you a USPS return shipping label. We cannot guarantee your return or exchange will be processed if you do not ship your package using the return label we provide you and the package is lost in the mail.
All merchandise must be returned to our shipping department within twenty (20) business days from the date you received your shipment. All items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with the original tags attached.
Once your merchandise is received please allow 7-10 business days for it to be processed, we will issue a refund, store credit or exchange. Please note, any original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will notify you via email with your order update. We appreciate you and your support for all things “good."
If the issue you have does not qualify under one of the above, for example you chose the wrong item, size or color. It’s okay, we are all hYOUman and we make mistakes! Please follow the same steps as above and your request will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
