Service and sizes need attention!

This was supposed to be a medium but was very extra large…. I love the look and feel of your clothes but sizing is off on most…and Customer Service was not good…while trying to exchange for a different shirt I had to email multiple times and each time it took several days to get an answer to questions on sizing etc, so it took 3-4 weeks to get a different shirt!
